I love being a classroom teacher. I know that I am helping students grow not only academically but also personally. I love being a witness to their growth. One of my favorite parts of classroom teaching is when I get to work with students in small group settings or one on one. It doesn't happen enough but I love it when it does! This is why I want to tutor. I know that a student's comprehension and confidence builds when a teacher is able to work one on one with them.
